Buttler’s unbeaten 97 powers Gujarat Titans to seven-wicket win over Delhi Capitals

Ahmedabad: Gujarat Titans defeated Delhi Capitals by seven wickets in an IPL match held here. Chasing a target of 204, Gujarat reached the mark in 19.2 overs, losing just three wickets.

Earlier, Delhi Capitals, batting first, posted 203 for eight in the allotted 20 overs. Akshar Patel scored 39 runs, while Ashutosh Sharma contributed 37.

In reply, Gujarat’s chase was led by Jos Buttler, who remained unbeaten on 97 off 54 balls.

He was supported by Sai Sudarshan with 36 runs and Sherfane Rutherford, who added 43.
