Case of bomb threat in 100 schools in Delhi-NCR a hoax email from Russian IP address: Police

New Delhi: An email sent to nearly 100 schools in Delhi-NCR has turned out to be completely fake. This has been confirmed by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Delhi Police.

Police investigation has revealed that the intention behind sending e-mails to so many schools in this way was only to create sensation.

According to police officials, they have not found anything suspicious in the inspection of all the schools. During the investigation of the case, the police have also found out where these emails were sent from.

The special police team is now trying to reach only the accused who has carried out this incident.
