Censor Board gives certificate to Kangana’s film: 3 scenes of Emergency deleted

New Delhi: MP from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh and actress Kangana Ranaut’s film Emergency has been given a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC. CBFC has objected to many scenes of this film, due to which the film will now be released in a few weeks after many cuts and changes.

CBFC has instructed to delete 3 scenes from this film. It has been strictly instructed that 10 changes have to be made in the film before release.

Sikh organizations had objected to the film, due to which the CBFC stopped the certificate. Kangana had told that due to lack of certificate, the film has not been released on its scheduled time.

After getting the certificate from the censor board, no response has been received from Sikh organizations or from Kangana.
