Centre Govt blocks 232 foreign apps

New Delhi: The government on Sunday blocked 232 foreign apps, including some from China. The apps that have been blocked are related to imposition of conditions, gambling and unauthorized credit facilities.

The Ministry of Information Technology and Electronics today issued orders to block these apps after the Ministry of Home Affairs issued instructions last evening to block these apps. Meanwhile, the government has not released the names of the blocked apps.
