‘Court can’t order President’s rule’, HC dismisses PIL to remove Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi C
New Delhi: The Delhi High Court in its order on Thursday said that judicial intervention is not necessary in the PIL seeking the removal of Arvind Kejriwal from the post.
“If there is a constitutional failure, then LG will see. The President will decide. We also read LG’s statement in newspapers. The court does not order the imposition of President’s rule,” the court observed.
