Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s PA to be questioned by ED

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is probing the Delhi Liquor Policy case, has summoned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s PA for questioning.

The ED said that it wants to ask some questions to the CM’s secretary in the case related to the Delhi Excise Scam, so it has summoned the Secretary of the CM.
Both the CBI and the ED are jointly investigating the case. Based on the FIR lodged by the CBI, the ED is also investigating the case under the Money Laundering Act. The ED has so far arrested nine accused in the case.
