Delhi excise case: Manish Sisodia’s judicial custody extended till Dec 11
New Delhi: The Rouse Avenue court has extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia till December 11 in the Delhi excise policy case. The court heard the matter at length and noted that the ED Several documents of the accused are yet to be filed.
Meanwhile, the court expressed displeasure over the lawyers and imposed 207 CrPC. It asked to complete the compliance of the case at the earliest so that the trial of the case could begin.
The court also issued notice to ED and posted the interim bail plea of Benoy Babu for arguments on November 24.
