Delhi HC issues notice to CBI on Kejriwal’s plea

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has sent a notice to CBI in connection with a plea filed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seeking bail in a CBI case related to the excise policy case.

The next date of hearing in the case has been fixed for July 17. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on June 26 in connection with the case and is currently in judicial custody.
