Delhi High Court issues notice to CBI in Arvind Kejriwal case, seeks reply

New Delhi: In the Arvind Kejriwal case, the Delhi High Court issued a notice to the CBI and sought an answer. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has challenged the arrest made by the CBI in the excise policy scam case in the High Court.

Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26 and the court sent him to 3-day CBI remand. After the end of his remand, the court sent Kejriwal to judicial custody till July 12.
