Delhi Kejriwal lost 2 kg instead of 8.5 kg: Jail official
New Delhi: Tihar Jail authorities have rubbished Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s claims of losing 8.5 kg of weight in the jail. AAP leaders have been propagating that the Delhi chief minister has lost 8.5 kg of weight since he is in jail in connection with an excise policy case.
The jail superintendent today clarified that kejriwal weighed 65 kg when he came to the jail on April 1 and when the Supreme Court granted him interim bail and after that when Kejriwal returned to the jail on June 2, his weight was 63.5 kg and on July 14, Kejriwal weighed 61.5 kg.
This weight has also been reduced by the Chief Minister himself as Mr. Kejriwal does not even eat food at times.
