Delhi LG recommends NIA probe against Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi: Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena has recommended an NIA probe against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the case of alleged political funding from a banned terrorist organization.

The LG has recommended this investigation for allegedly receiving political funds from the banned organization “Sikhs for Justice”.

Saxena has recommended that since the complaint is against a chief minister and pertains to political funding from a banned terrorist organisation, a thorough investigation, including forensic examination, of the electronic evidence given by the complainant is required.
