Delhi Liquor Policy: Manish Sisodia’s judicial custody extended till May 7
New Delhi: The Rouse Avenue Court has sought a response from the Central Investigation Agency on a plea seeking not to frame charges in the CBI case related to the Delhi liquor policy.
The court has extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia in the case till May 7.
During the hearing, the lawyer of the accused told the judge that they did not have to walk out of the courtroom. They also apologise for it.
Upon this, the court said that this is the first time they have seen this kind of behaviour,” the judge said.
During this, the petitioner argued that the investigation is still going on. The CBI opposed this argument.
