Delhi liquor policy scam: ED files chargesheet, names Arvind Kejriwal as kingpin
New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a charge sheet in the alleged liquor scam case in Delhi. The ED has made 38 people accused in this case.
Also, in the ED chargesheet, CM Arvind Kejriwal has been made accused number 37. At the same time, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is accused number 38.
According to the chargesheet, Arvind Kejriwal is the kingpin and conspirator. He was aware of the use of bribe money in Goa elections and was involved in it.
In the charge sheet, details of WhatsApp chats of Arvind Kejriwal and accused Vinod Chauhan were also mentioned.
