Delhi Police arrest centre’s owner, coordinator after three UPSC aspirants died due to flooding
New Delhi: Delhi Police has arrested the owner and coordinator of the coaching center. Three students preparing for the civil services examination were killed when rainwater flooded the coaching centre in the basement.
The police have registered a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder against them. Delhi Revenue Minister Atishi has directed Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar to conduct an inquiry into the incident and submit a report within 24 hours.
“A magisterial inquiry has been ordered to probe the incident,” Atishi said in a post on X. Those responsible for this incident will not be spared.”
