Delhi riots: Court frames charges against Jagdish Tytler
New Delhi: Congress leader Jagdish Tytler has been indicted in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case.
Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has framed charges against him under sections 143, 147, 302, 109, 295 in connection with the murder of three Sikhs near Gurdwara Pul Bangash and now the trial proceedings against him will be proceeded.
The horrific incident of genocide was a comeback after the assassination of the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by her security personnel on October 31, 1984.
