Deve Gowda’s grandson Prajwal Revanna suspended from JDS in sex scandal case
Bangalore: Prajwal Revanna, MP from Karnataka’s Hassan constituency and grandson of former PM HD Deve Gowda, has been suspended from the Janata Dal (Secular).
The party has taken this step after the sex scandal involving Prajwal Revanna came to light. A meeting of the JDS core committee was held in Hubballi today, in which it was decided to suspend Prajwal Revanna from the party.
A Special Investigation Team has started its action. Prajwal Revanna is currently abroad. There is a demand for the arrest of JD(U) MP and NDA candidate Prajwal Revanna in Hassan, Karnataka.
The Karnataka government has formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the case related to the alleged sexual harassment of hundreds of women by an MP.
Some video clips purportedly showing the involvement of Prajwal Revanna in the sexual assault of hundreds of women have surfaced in Hassan in recent days. It is said that he had shot over 2800 objectionable videos with hundreds of women.
