Diljit Dosanjh meets PM Modi, calls it a ‘great start to 2025’

New Delhi: Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh met Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the first time on Wednesday, describing the encounter as a “wonderful start to 2025.” The meeting followed Dosanjh’s recently concluded nationwide tour, which received widespread appreciation.

Dosanjh shared highlights of the meeting on his social media, posting, “A wonderful start to 2025, a memorable meeting with Prime Minister @narendramodi ji. We talked about a lot of things, including music!”

Prime Minister Modi responded to Dosanjh’s post on X, praising the artist’s versatility and cultural contributions. “Great conversation with Diljit Dosanjh! He is truly versatile, a combination of talent and tradition. We are associated with music, culture, and many other things,” the Prime Minister wrote.

In a video shared by Dosanjh, he is seen presenting a bouquet of flowers to the Prime Minister before engaging in discussions.
