Electoral bond scheme: Sc to hear PIL seeking court-monitored SIT probe on July 22

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today said it will hear on July 22 a PIL seeking a court-monitored SIT probe into the electoral bond scheme. A bench comprising Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra took note of the affidavits filed by advocate Prashant Bhushan and said the petitions filed by two NGOs – Common Cause and Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) – would be listed for hearing on Monday.
