Elon Musk to visit India later this year, says it was an ‘honour’ to speak with PM Modi
New Delhi: Tesla CEO Elon Musk, currently the world’s richest person and known for his significant influence in the US administration, announced on Saturday that he will be visiting India later this year.
“It was an honour to speak to Prime Minister (Narendra) Modi,” Musk posted on X, the micro-blogging platform he owns. “I am looking forward to coming to India later this year!”
The announcement came after a conversation between Musk and Prime Minister Modi, during which they discussed the vast scope for collaboration in technology and innovation.
Modi also took to X to share details of their exchange. He said the two discussed several topics, including those previously touched upon during their meeting in Washington DC earlier this year.
