Flights to Ayodhya and Nanded Sahib to start from Chandigarh soon

Chandigarh: A major step has been taken towards starting direct flights from Chandigarh’s Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport to Nanded Sahib and Ayodhya.

IndiGo and Vistara airlines have sought slots for these two religious places, the process of which has been started by the airport authority.

According to airport officials, final approval will be taken from the Air Traffic Control (ATC) as soon as the slot is allotted. It is expected that flights to these two places will start before the upcoming winter schedule.
