New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against five individuals, including Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Goldy Brar, in connection with the 2024 bomb attacks on two clubs in Gurugram, officials said on Saturday.
The chargesheet, filed in a Panchkula court on Friday, names Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar, Sachin Talian, Ankit, Bhavesh, and US-based Randeep Singh alias Randeep Malik under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (BNS), Arms Act, Explosive Substances Act, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
Officials said that except for Brar and Malik, all the other accused have been arrested. The NIA investigation revealed that the accused were involved in a conspiracy to bomb the Warehouse Club and Human Club located in Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana.
