‘Have you heard Sidhu Moosewala’s song ‘295’? So 295 (seats),’ says Rahul Gandhi on INDIA alliance winning seats in LS elections
New Delhi: The Congress on Sunday termed the exit polls as “fake” and part of a “deliberate attempt” to justify poll rigging and a “psychological game” being played by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to demoralise the workers of the ‘India’ alliance.
Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi termed the exit polls as “Modi media polls”.
“It is not called an exit poll but its name is ‘Modi Media Poll’,” he told reporters at the All India Congress Committee headquarters after holding a meeting with the party’s Lok Sabha MPs through video conferencing. This is Modi ja’s poll, this is the poll of his imagination.
In response to a question, Gandhi said, “Have you heard Sidhu Moose Wala’s song ‘295’? So 295 (seats).
Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh also hit out at the prime minister for holding a series of meetings, including holding a lengthy brainstorming session to review the 100-day agenda of the new government.
