Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections: Congress leads over BJP in HP, counting underway

Punjab E News: The results of the Assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat will be out today and the counting of votes begin at 8 am.

Currently, Congress is leading on 36 seats while BJP is leading on 28 seats.
Along with PM Modi’s home state Gujarat, all eyes are also on Himachal Pradesh. In this mountainous state, there is a custom of changing the rule every five years. The curiosity is whether this tradition will be repeated or broken this time too.
