Indian-American man charged for smoking on Air India flight
New Delhi: An Indian-American man has been booked for allegedly smoking and misbehaving with other passengers in the washroom of Air India’s London-Mumbai flight. According to details, a case has been registered against 37-year-old Ramakant at Mumbai’s Sahar police station. Ramakant is accused of misbehaving with co-passengers during the London-Mumbai flight on March 11.
Smoking is not allowed during the flight and Ramakant also ignored these orders. He has a US passport. When the flight landed in Mumbai, he was handed over to the police.
