Kejriwal fails to appear before ED in Delhi Jal Board money laundering case
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today did not appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) after he was summoned in a money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi Jal Board.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) also termed the summons as illegal and accused the BJP government at the Centre of using the ED to target Kejriwal.
The central agency had summoned Kejriwal for questioning on March 18 in connection with its probe into a money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi Jal Board (DJB).
