Kejriwal writes to letter to RSS chief Bhagwat
New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal has written to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat, seeking answers to five questions on BJP’s politics and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s style of functioning.
Expressing concern, Kejriwal said the direction in which the BJP-led central government was taking the country and its politics was detrimental to India.
“If this continues, our country and democracy will be destroyed,” Kejriwal said in a letter to Bhagwat.
In his first public meeting ‘Janata Ki Adalat’, Kejriwal asked if the Sangh agreed with the politics of using central agencies to break political parties, topple opposition governments and bring corrupt leaders into its fold.
In five questions to Mohan Bhagwat, he also asked whether the BJP rule of retirement applies to Modi as it did to L K Advani.
“Every Indian has these questions in mind and I hope you will answer,” Kejriwal said in a letter to Bhagwat, among other questions.
