Khalistan Zindabad Force claims responsibility for Mahakumbh cylinder blasts

New Delhi: The Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF) has claimed responsibility for two cylinder explosions during the Prayagraj Mahakumbh Mela.

In emails sent to several media organizations, the group stated the blasts were retaliation for the Pilibhit police encounter, which it described as a “fake encounter.”

The group referred to the explosions as a warning and a message to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, labeling the incident as “just the beginning.”

The blasts, which caused no casualties, have prompted an ongoing police investigation. Authorities are working to determine the full extent of the group’s involvement and ensure security at the event.
