LG directs to recover Rs 97 crore from Kejriwal government

www.punjabenews.com: Delhi LG VK Saxena has given a big blow to the Aam Aadmi Party. L-G V K Saxena has ordered the chief secretary to recover Rs 97 crore from the Aam Aadmi Party. This order of recovery has been given under the allegation of printing political advertisements as government advertisements.

The LG’s directions come in the wake of the Supreme Court’s 2015 orders, the Delhi High Court’s 2016 and the 2016 CCRGA orders, which are being violated by the Aam Aadmi Party government.
According to information from the L-G’s office, the chief secretary has been asked to implement the directions given by the Supreme Court and recover Rs 97 crore of the money from the Aam Aadmi Party. The AAP allegedly violated the orders of the Supreme Court and the High Court.
