Long queues of motorists and vehicles were seen at petrol pumps today following a strike by truck operators against the centre’s new law in hit-and-run cases.
It is worth mentioning that the central government has imposed a 10-year jail term and a fine of Rs 7 lakh for the drivers in hit-and-run cases, in protest of which the truck drivers have announced a strike across the country, due to which people are facing a lot of problems.
