Malik seeks permission to personally argue against NIA’s plea

New Delhi: Rejecting the court’s suggestion to appoint a lawyer on his behalf, separatist leader Yasin Malik today told the Delhi High Court that he wanted to personally argue against the National Investigation Agency’s (NIA) plea seeking death penalty for him in a terror funding case.
