Modi, Shah directly involved in biggest stock market scam: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah were directly involved in the stock market scam.

He termed the scam as the “biggest stock market scam” in which retail investors have suffered a loss of Rs 30 lakh crore.

He has demanded a joint parliamentary committee probe into it.

Addressing a press conference here, he also said that the stock market rose after the ‘fake’ exit polls and then on June 4, the day of counting of votes for the Lok Sabha elections, the market fell face-to-face, causing a loss of Rs 30 lakh crore to retail investors.
