Nayab Saini to take oath as new Haryana CM today

Chandigarh: Kurukshetra MP Naib Singh Saini will now be the new Chief Minister of Haryana in place of Manohar Lal Khattar.

Naib Saini has been elected as the leader of the BJP legislature party at the BJP legislature party meeting. The legislature party meeting was held after the BJP-JJP alliance collapsed and Manohar Lal Khattar resigned.

Even before the decision, Anil Vij suddenly left the meeting and came out. Sources said Vij does not agree on the name of the leader.

The swearing-in ceremony of the new Chief Minister will be held at Raj Bhavan at 5 pm today. The deputy chief minister’s post can be given to a Jat face.
