NDA-INDIA face tough contest; Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi arrive at Priyanka Gandhi’s residence
New Delhi: There is a tough competition between NDA and INDIA bloc across the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is leading on his seat while many of his sitting MPs are trailing.
In Telangana, the BJP has improved its performance considerably. The party is leading in eight Lok Sabha seats in the state. Congress is ahead in eight seats. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi is leading in Hyderabad seat.
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi is leading over BJP’s Madhavi Lata by over 44,000 votes in Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat.
Kangana Ranaut, the BJP candidate from Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi Lok Sabha seat, said, “This is my birthplace and I will be ready to serve the people here. I will contribute to Modi ji’s dream of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’.” Kangana is leading in the Mandi seat.
Shocking trends have emerged from Khadoor Sahib seat of Punjab. Independent candidate Amritpal Singh is leading by over 53,000 votes. Congress’ Kulbir Singh Zira is at second place.
In Amritsar, BJP candidate and former Ambassador Taranjit Singh Sandhu is trailing behind Congress’ Gurjeet Singh Aujla.
