No FIR registered on Hindustani Bhau’s complaint against Farah Khan

Mumbai: Mumbai Police have not registered an FIR on a complaint filed by social media influencer Vikas Jairam Pathak, known as Hindustani Bhau, against filmmaker Farah Khan.

Pathak, 45, lodged the complaint on Friday, alleging that Khan’s ‘chhapri’ remark during a TV show on Thursday had hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus. He sought legal action against her.

An official from Khar police station confirmed that no FIR had been registered but refrained from providing further details. The investigation is ongoing.
