“No jail can keep me inside for long”: Sunita Kejriwal reads husband’s message
New Delhi: Sunita Kejriwal, the wife of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, read out a message from her incarcerated husband to Aam Aadmi Party workers and the people of Delhi today.
Quoting the chief minister, she conveyed, “No prison can confine me, and I will emerge to fulfill my promises.” He urged not to harbor animosity towards BJP workers despite his arrest.
In his message, Kejriwal appealed to all AAP workers engaged in social and public welfare activities to persevere despite his incarceration.
He said, “Do not harbor hatred towards BJP workers; they are our brothers and sisters. I will return soon.”
In his note, he said, “I have been arrested, but whether I am behind bars or not, my dedication to serving the country remains unwavering. My entire life is devoted to our nation, and despite ongoing struggles, my commitment persists. Therefore, my arrest does not surprise me.”
