No special status to Bihar, Centre in Lok Sabha

New Delhi: The central government has said in the Lok Sabha that Bihar cannot be given special status. The RJD has criticized Nitish Kumar in response to the Center’s reply.

The RJD claimed that the Center’s reply has exposed Nitish Kumar’s lies. The LJP has suggested that if special status cannot be granted, then Bihar should receive a special package instead.

Lalu Yadav’s party, the RJD, targeted Nitish Kumar through a tweet, stating, “Bihar will not get special state status!” – Modi government in Parliament. The RJD further added, “Nitish Kumar and the JDU now comfortably continue their hypocritical politics on ‘special state status’ while enjoying power at the center.”
