PM Modi performs rituals, Ram Lalla idol unveiled at Ayodhya temple

New Delhi: Ramlala has been consecrated in the sanctorum of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accompanied by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the Ram temple with a silver parasol for the ‘pran pratishtha’ of Ram Lalla, accompanied by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. The consecration ritual then commenced.

Upon reaching the Ram temple complex, flowers were showered from a helicopter onto the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple complex.

PM Modi, attired in a golden kurta with a cream-colored dhoti and patka, proceeded to take a ‘pledge’ for the consecration ceremony.

Following the ceremony, PM Modi is slated to address a gathering and visit Kuber Tila. He will also engage with workers involved in the temple construction.
