Remove JCB machines from protest site or face action

Chandigarh: The Haryana Police on Wednesday asked the owners of excavators to withdraw their machines from the protest site or else be prepared for action.

According to the police, if the protesting farmers use these machines, it may harm the security personnel deployed at both the borders of Punjab and Haryana.

Haryana police said, “To the owners and operators of Poclain, JCB: Please give your machines to the protesters and remove them from the protest site as they can be used to harm the security forces,” the police said in a post on the social media platform. It is a non-bailable offence and you can be held criminally liable.”
