Rulers marking ‘Partition Horror Remembrance Day’ to spread hatred: Kharge

New Delhi: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge accused the government of playing politics of hate on Independence Day and claimed that today’s rulers celebrate ‘Partition Horror Memorial Day’ with the intention of spreading hatred.

Kharge greeted and addressed the Independence Day celebrations after unfurling the tricolour at the party office. Parliamentary Party chief Sonia Gandhi, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and several senior party leaders were present on the occasion.
