Shubman Gill likely to be ruled out of India’s first match due to fever

New Delhi: The Indian cricket team seems to be facing a big setback before the World Cup. According to the information, opener Shubman Gill has been diagnosed with dengue and his playing is doubtful. India will play their first match of the World Cup against Australia on October 8.
Shubman Gill’s deteriorating health is a matter of concern for India ahead of the ODI World Cup opener against Australia as the opener has played some excellent innings recently. India played a three-match ODI series against Australia and in that series, Gill scored a century.
