“Some people go to London and raise questions on India’s democracy”, PM targets Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi without naming him. Addressing a public meeting in Karnataka, he said that some people raise questions about Indian democracy in London. “The roots of India’s democracy are traced back to our centuries of history. No power in the world can harm India’s democratic traditions.”

The Prime Minister said that Karnataka has touched another milestone today in terms of connectivity. Now The Siddhirudha Swamiji Station has the world’s largest platform. This is an extension of the thinking in which we give priority to infrastructure.
Narendra Modi said that the BJP’s double engine government is making sincere efforts for the complete development of every district, every village, every town of Karnataka. Today, a new stream of development is coming out on this land of Dharwad, which will work to irrigate the future of hubli-Dharwad as well as the whole of Karnataka.
