Supreme Court to hear Kejriwal’s plea against HC verdict on Monday
New Delhi: The Supreme Court will on Monday hear Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea against the High Court order upholding his arrest in a money laundering case of alleged excise policy scam.
A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta will hear Kejriwal’s plea challenging the Delhi High Court’s April 9 order on April 15, according to the list uploaded on the apex court’s website.
