Three terrorists killed in infiltration in Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar: The Indian Army has killed three terrorists while trying to infiltrate across the Line of Actual Control in Kupwara sector of Jammu and Kashmir.

Giving details, Brigadier N R Kulkarni said he had received inputs through intelligence agencies about infiltration of terrorists, affecting the Amarnath Yatra and carrying out other dangerous activities.

He said the Army, BSF and Jammu and Kashmir Police jointly maintained a special vigil in the entire area by stepping up vigil.

During this time, three foreign terrorists were killed while moving towards the fence while crossing the LoC. Brigadier Kulkarni said the well-trained militants were armed with modern weapons.
