Train accident: ‘No time for politics’, railway minister amid opposition fire over mishap

New Delhi: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw visited the accident site near Rangapani station in Darjeeling district.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that at the moment the government’s focus is on restoration, as it is the main line.

He added that the rescue operation has been completed and this is not the time to do politics. “I will also meet the injured in the accident,” he said.
