Two Guinness World Records Set at Ayodhya’s ‘Deepotsav 2024’

Ayodhya: Two new Guinness World Records were set during the Deepotsav 2024 celebration on the banks of the Saryu River in Ayodhya. These records involved the largest number of people performing aarti simultaneously and the highest number of lamps lit at one time.

Praveen Patel from Guinness World Records confirmed the achievements. In the first record, 1,121 people conducted aarti together, while in the second, 2,512,055 lamps were lit simultaneously. This surpasses the previous record of 2,223,676 lamps.
