Voting underway in 93 seats, PM Modi and Amit Shah cast their votes

New Delhi: The third phase of polling is underway in 93 constituencies spread across 11 states and Union Territories.

Elections in Anantnag and Rajouri seats of Jammu and Kashmir have been postponed till May 25.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi casts his vote at Nishan Higher Secondary School in Ahmedabad.

With the third phase of voting today, voting will end in more than half of the 543 parliamentary seats.

The BJP won the Surat seat unopposed after the Election Commission rejected the nomination of the Congress candidate, with other candidates also withdrew.
