Will resign as CM after two days: Kejriwal
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said he will resign from his post after two days and demand early elections in the national capital. He said he would not sit on the chief minister’s chair until people gave him a “certificate of honesty”.
Kejriwal, who was released on bail from Tihar Jail on Friday in an alleged corruption case related to the excise policy, said, “I will sit on the chief minister’s chair only when people give me a certificate of honesty.”
After coming out of jail, I want to take the fire test. “I will be the chief minister and Sisodia will be the deputy chief minister only when people say we are honest.”
