Yogi government enforces ID display for all shops along Kanwar Yatra route in UP

Lucknow: Taking a big step for Kanwar pilgrims, CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered to put ‘nameplates’ at food shops on Kanwar routes across Uttar Pradesh.

It has been clearly stated in the order that in every situation, the name of the owner should be written on the shops, along with this, he will have to tell about his identity.

Actually, this decision has been taken by the Uttar Pradesh government to maintain the sanctity of the faith of Kanwar pilgrims. Also, action will be taken against those who sell products with halal certification.
