After winning the Lok Sabha elections, parents visit Dibrugarh jail to meet Amritpal Singh

Dibrugarh: The parents of jailed ‘Waris Punjab De’ chief Amritpal Singh, who won from Khadoor Sahib constituency in Punjab in the recently held Lok Sabha elections, reached Dibrugarh today to meet their son.

Amritpal Kaur’s wife Kirandeep Kaur arrived at the airport to receive Tarsem Singh and Balwinder Kaur. Kirandeep has been camping here since June 5.

Amritpal’s parents reached dibrugarh central jail to meet their son, where he has been lodged here since March 2023.
