Akali Dal (A) announces Gurjant Singh Kattu as its candidate for Jalandhar Lok Sabha bypoll

Punjab News: The Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) has declared Gurjant Singh Kattu as its candidate for the Jalandhar Lok Sabha by-election.

    The announcement was made at a press conference here today by the party’s president Simranjit Singh Mann.
    He said Kattu had been close to Bahujan Samaj leader Babu Kanshi Ram and had been working as a senior member of the SAD (A) for over two decades.
